Plastic Flowers – ‘Populists’

‘Populists’ was filmed and recorded live in May 2012. Back then, the Plastic Flowers were a 4-piece band. They were spending a week recording their third album ‘Aftermath’ at an old mansion where time seemed stuck in the ’70s. There was no running water but that didn’t seem to bother them, as they were spending most of their days and nights playing and experimenting with new sounds. They played a two hour set for me and it was surreal.
